Hotel Alpenhof
Arrival and departure:
On the day of departure, we will make the room available to you by 9 a.m., on the other hand, ask for your understanding that the room cannot usually be occupied before 11 a.m.
Deposit:
In the case of a fixed reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of EUR 150 per room to our account. We will be happy to provide you with the exact bank details when you make a fixed reservation. The reservation is only valid after the deposit has been paid!
Cancellations:
Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 3 months before the start of the vacation no cancellation costs, up to 1 month before the start of the vacation we charge 3 days. From 1 month before the start of your vacation, we will charge you 50% of the total costs. In the event of early departure, the total amount will be charged.
Trip cancellation insurance:
A hotel booking is a sales contract. In the event of cancellation, late arrival, early departure, … cancellation fees apply. The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply and in the event of a short-term cancellation / failure we are entitled to charge up to 80% of the total costs
Something can happen to everyone (illness, accident, … etc.). Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for this case. For this we recommend the Europäische Reiseversicherung (your insurance advisor will be happy to advise you).
Cancellation conditions:
The Austrian hotel regulations apply.
Non-smoker – smoker?
We would like to point out that smoking is not permitted in our restaurant. We also ask you to smoke in the rooms only on the balcony. You should not smoke in rooms without a balcony! You are welcome to smoke in the hallway, on the terrace or in front of the front door.
Animals:
Small animals are only allowed by prior arrangement. For this we charge EURO 10,– per day.
